4 mile warm up, 8x45 second hill repeats, 4 mile cool down. I had stuff going on till 5:00 so I ran then and it was hotter than a goat’s butt in a freeking pepper patch. 

Mt. Borah today. Usually 4.5 miles to the summit but I did a couple out and backs with a crap load of verticle. About 6,400' gain. Bushwhacked some on the way down and ripped my shoes to shreds. 

3 mile warm up, 18 minute tempo on the farm with the Mexicans, 1.5 cool down. Holy cow 3 hard days in a row does some damage to your legs.
