20 minute tempo run. Ran 3.65 miles. 5:28 pace. Felt pretty good i guess. Splits were messed up so i just ran for feel. I think ill do that more often.

Mile repeats. 2.5 mile warm up 4x1600 on track 5:16, 5:14, 5:13, 4:53 felt pretty good I guess. I need new shoes, though. "The ones" kill my feet.
